Ingredients

1 pack of Eisberg Fitness Mix salad
1 medium apple
8 dkg black forest ham
8 dkg blue cheese
15 dkg Spicy salad mix
1 dl yoghurt (natural)
pepper to taste (freshly ground)
chives to taste

Directions

Cut the apple into julienne strips. Grate half of the blue cheese into the yogurt and season with pepper. Slice the ham into thin strips. Mix the salad with the ham and apple, drizzle with the dressing, and crumble the remaining blue cheese on top. Sprinkle with the Snidling and serve immediately. let’s serve.

Twist your salad with additional cranberries, walnuts or try it out with feta cheese or baby spinach.
