Dill smoked salmon with capers
Ingredients
1 pack of Eisberg Verona mix
1 bunch fresh dill
Freshly ground pink pepper
100 g smoked salmon
Capers
Tokaj Vinaigrette Oriental
Directions
Chop the dill and mix with the ground rose coriander. Dredge the salmon slices in it and roll them up. Place the salad on a plate, sprinkle with capers and drizzle with Tokaj Vinaigrette Oriental.

Add avocado for an even more succulent finish.
