Feta spring salad with spicy dressing
Ingredients
1 pack of Eisberg Pántlika Mix
110 g feta cheese
3 spring onions
2 tablespoons of toasted oil seeds: walnuts, sunflower seeds
3 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
½ teaspoon of ground Roman cumin
Directions
Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour the salad mixture into a bowl. Slice the spring onions and add to the salad. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad, sprinkle with the seeds and pour over the dressing.

Add more cherry tomatoes or any other seasonal vegetables.
