Ingredients

1 pack of Eisberg Bolero Mix
1 piece of cucumber
40 dkg bakeable hard cheese
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon of chopped dill
1 head of red onion
1 dl extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of vinegar
salt
ground pepper
pinch of granulated sugar

Directions

Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little granulated sugar and blend thoroughly with the sliced red onion, dill and garlic. Mix with vinegar and olive oil to dilute the consistency of the dressing. Place the salad in the middle of the plate, drizzle generously with the dressing and top with a little hard cheese toasted in olive oil.

Eisberg’s tip

If you don’t like it or are sensitive to it, you can omit the onion and replace it with sliced olives.
