Ingredients

1 pack of Eisberg Spring Mix
20 dkg strawberries
2 tablespoons of chopped basil
2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze (a slightly thicker, sweeter sauce, made from boiled balsamic vinegar, available in many places)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Toss the washed, halved strawberries thoroughly with the basil and then pile on top of the salad. Drizzle with the balsamic cream and a few drops of olive oil.

Top the salad with baby spinach and walnuts for an even better dressing.
