1 pack of Eisberg De Luxe Mix
2 lemons
1 chili pepper
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
30 dkg peeled, raw small shrimp
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
5 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
ground pepper

Directions

Cut the lemons into thin slices, fry them until red in a few drops of olive oil, set them aside. Wipe the pan dry and heat the garlic and seeded chili in a little olive oil. Fry the shrimp on this, which we carefully salt and pepper. Mix the olive oil, parsley, balsamic vinegar and the juice of the lemon and pour it over the salad mixed with lemon. When serving, place the shrimp on top. Serve with a spicy baguette.
